Adds a backing `caption-generator` skill (title-addressable for `from_step`), inserts caption generation as the terminal content step (bound to Content Repurposing + Content Briefing), and re-points language-polish's `source` to the caption output. Converts caption-writer's positional `{{steps.*.output}}` refs to `context_params` + `{{step.context.*}}` bindings. Re-pins `polish-language` to v1.0.6.
GH#845 — republish with American English (en-US) content, completing the source-only GH#805 flip that never reached the Hub. Copy only — no functional or behaviour change.
GH#745 — declare per-step `output: {name, type}` on every execution step (brief/text, repurposed_content/text, ideas/list, headlines/list, image_brief/text, polished_posts/text). Lights up the #744 rich flow-map with named, typed outputs. Content-only; no bindings or logic changes.
